Booking Policies
- Confirmations require a 25% deposit at time of booking
- Cancellations requested within 14 days are non-refundable
- Final balance must be cleared 7 days prior to event
- Users are responsible for setting up and packing down within their booked time

- Full wheelchair access via main entrance and lift to upper floors
- Induction loops available in the Theatre and Meeting Rooms
- Dedicated on-site kitchen for external catering use
